Location: New York, NY

Compensation: 130-180k base

We are currently partnered with a leading multi-strategy hedge fund in New York looking to bring on a FX Operations Specialist. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in a middle office or operations role, and are versed in managing trade lifecycle activities across FX desks. In this role, the FX Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliations, resolving breaks, and driving operational improvements. Responsibilities:

• Performing daily cash and position reconciliations
• Work with business stakeholders to identify process gaps, opportunities for operational improvements
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in operations, trade support, or a related middle office role
• Experience with full trade lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or another related field
• Experience supporting FX desks, including ndf, exotic fx options, and fx spot
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
