Computer Support Technician provides first-level technical support to students, faculty, and staff. This position involves troubleshooting common account issues, computer hardware and software issues, providing technical guidance, and assisting users with technology-related questions. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, customer service abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Provide in-person, and phone support to users experiencing technical difficulties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with account setup, password resets.
- Assist users in reporting incidents via the Pacific services portal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Be a willing and receptive learner.
