About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Truckee Meadows is looking for a driven and compassionate Operations Manager to lead and grow our home care team in Reno, NV. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health care office, ensuring efficiency and quality of care
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise caregiving staff and administrative personnel
• Manage caregiver scheduling, client matching, and staffing coordination
• Monitor compliance with state regulations, company policies, and home care industry standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners
• Track key performance metrics and implement strategies to drive business growth
• Handle client concerns and caregiver issues with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in home care, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and compliance standards in Nevada is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with caregiver recruitment, retention, and scheduling
• Proficiency in business software and care management platforms
• Compassionate, client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality care

Compensation: $65,000.00 per year
