If you have attention to detail, enjoy working with your hands, and want to contribute to producing high-quality injection and extrusion cores, this could be your next career move.

Now looking for: Furnace Operator
Location: Mentor, OH
Schedule: 1st shift Monday–Friday, 6am - 230pm
Pay: $16.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload saggers, cores, and firing blocks into and out of furnaces.
• Program and operate furnaces according to Core-Tech Inc and customer specifications.
• Maintain product traceability and accurate records.
• Use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Conduct MOR and Key evaluations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow written and verbal instructions carefully to ensure smooth operations.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good record-keeping skills and ability to maintain product traceability.
