    Spring Hill Funeral Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Funeral Home Manager to lead our team in Nashville, TN. Candidates must hold an active Tennessee Funeral Director and Embalmer license or be eligible to obtain Tennessee licensure through reciprocity. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding a dedicated team, serving families with excellence, and driving the success of a respected funeral home within the community.

    This is more than an operations role. Its an opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume, growing business (600+ calls annually with an on-site cemetery) and lead a team inside a recently remodeled, modern facility. Youll have the autonomy to think entrepreneurially, the support to grow, and the platform to make a meaningful impact in the Nashville community.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead from the frontbuild a culture that is respectful, communicative, accountable, and service-driven
    • Own the business by directing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and long-term growth
    • Drive results by achieving case volume and revenue goals while maintaining strong expense discipline
    • Engage the community through outreach, events, and partnerships with churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations
    • Develop your team by hiring, coaching, and motivating professionals to consistently exceed family expectations

    Qualifications

    • Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer in Tennessee (or ability to reciprocate) required
    • 5+ years of experience in the funeral profession or related field
    • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
    • An entrepreneurial mindsetyou take initiative, solve problems, and think like an owner
