What does it take to be qualified?
Licensed Funeral Director Embalmer License (or ability to reciprocate)
Well-rounded funeral service background
Comfortable with arrangements, services, removals, preparation, and family care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and community presence
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
Comfortable working in a smaller community setting
Technology skills are a plus
