Investment Product Distribution AttorneyThis position is centered on investment product distribution throughout Latin America and key international markets. The successful candidate will provide legal and regulatory guidance on the cross-border marketing and distribution of investment products across U.S. and Latin American jurisdictions, with a focus on regional offering requirements, securities regulations, and compliance obligations. The role requires deep knowledge of broker-dealer distribution frameworks in both U.S. and international markets, as well as experience advising on private fund regulations across Latin America. Spanish language skills are strongly preferred to support a growing client and partner network across the region.
