Funds & Compliance Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference? RSI Community is looking for two Funds & Compliance Coordinators to help ensure the individuals we support have their finances, benefits, and essential paperwork handled accurately and on time.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO

 Manage Personal Finances

• Reconcile personal checking, savings, and petty cash accounts.
• Monitor assets to help maintain benefits eligibility.
• Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.

 Coordinate Essential Paperwork

• Track assessments, FL-2s, residency agreements, and legal forms.
• Complete benefits applications and recertifications.
• Manage pharmacy reviews and signature deadlines.
• Keep recurring requirements organized and on schedule.

 COLLABORATE & SUPPORT

Work closely with:

•  Supervisors & Program Directors
•  Finance Department
•  Guardians & Families
•  Outside Partners

Your work helps take essential administrative responsibilities off supervisors' shoulders, allowing them to focus on the people we support and quality of care.

 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 Strong attention to detail

 Excellent organizational and time-management skills

 Ability to manage multiple deadlines

 Willingness to travel regularly between RSI homes and offices

 NO ACCOUNTING DEGREE REQUIRED!
