    POSITION PURPOSE

    Responsible for funding for Consumer (Non-RE), Commercial & Industrial and Commercial RE loan types. Providing efficient and professional service to the lending staff in the banking centers.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

    • Assumes responsibility for funding loans including but not limited to these collateral types:

    • Business Assets, etc.

    • Borrowing Base Financings

    • Aircraft

    • Oil & Gas - Energy

    • Real Estate

    • Consumer (non-RE)

    • General knowledge of Article 9 Uniform Credit Code

    • General knowledge of Real Estate Perfection

    • Familiar with various bank loan regulations

    • Familiar with Accounting terms (debits, credits, general ledger)

    • Performance Measurements

    • Documentation and organization skills are current and well prepared

    • Professional attitude and collaborative relationship with the lending staff in the banking centers

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Certification: High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Loan Document, Funding and Commercial Real Estate

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Prior experience in a financial institution helpful

    PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION

    Physical Strength: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs.)

    MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data establish facts and draw conclusions.

    Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables.

    Mathematics Ability: Ability to compute discount, interest, profit, and loss; commission markup and selling price; and ratio, proportion, and percentage.

    Able to perform very simple algebra.

    Language Ability: Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias.

    Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

    40 hours a week
