ROLE SUMMARY

The Funding Assistant supports our Legal Operations team by managing administrative tasks for our funding services to ensure assets transfer smoothly and accurately into trusts.

QUALIFICATIONS

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for all funding activities, coordinating closely with clients and institutions under the direction of the Legal Operations Director.
  • Communicate via Phone/E-Mail with clients to gather information and confirm asset details.
  • Prepare detailed Family Wealth Inventory documents outlining client assets.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions, advisors, and insurance agents to obtain client account information.
  • Draft and prepare deeds, transfer forms, and related documents required for funding trusts.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents and files related to our funding process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DETAILS

  • Position Type: Part-Time
  • Schedule: Monday (In-Office), Tuesday through Friday (Remote)
  • Office Expectations: Hybrid
  • Hours: 20 Hours/Week
  • Reports To: Legal Operations Director
