Job Title: Fund Servicing Analyst

Location: Boston, MA (Seaport at Fargo St)

Standard Hours: 10:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST, with flexibility to work until completion as needed.

Office Expectation: In office 5 days per week.

Duration: Contract - 3 months, potential for conversion to FTE

Pay Range: $33/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fund servicing operations, securities valuation, and mutual fund/ETF pricing and a proven ability to execute routine transactions with accuracy, analyze pricing movements, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Execute routine fund servicing transactions in line with guidelines and procedures.
• Capture and validate security prices used to calculate and submit mutual fund Net Asset Value (NAV).
• Process and review security-level prices provided by pricing vendors.
• Analyze and interpret pricing movements against market expectations.
• Liaise with pricing vendors to resolve issues and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Research and resolve exceptions promptly and effectively, escalating issues to a supervisor as required.
• Support downstream teams with subject matter expertise and responsive communication.
• Maintain sound cybersecurity practices within daily workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Outlook and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for email, phone, and Zoom.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate occasional late finishes.
• Baseline knowledge of fund servicing operations and routine transaction execution.
• Critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
• Desire to learn and grow. College degree not required. Recent graduates are welcome.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in securities valuation or mutual fund/ETF pricing.
• Prior experience at JPMorgan Chase or familiarity with FIS WINS/OLE/EDA accounting systems.
