Investment Reporting Analyst / AssociatePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented investment reporting professional to support investor communications and performance reporting across a diversified portfolio of alternative investment strategies. This role will focus on developing high-quality client deliverables, analyzing investment performance data, and serving as a key point of coordination among investment teams, fund administrators, investors, and external managers.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional written communication skills, and a solid understanding of private markets and alternative investment products. This position offers significant exposure to private equity, private credit, real assets, hedge funds, and multi-manager investment structures.Primary ResponsibilitiesInvestor Reporting & CommunicationsPrepare and distribute recurring investor reporting packages for alternative investment vehicles, including pooled investment funds, feeder structures, and multi-manager portfolios.Develop quarterly and monthly reporting materials that clearly communicate fund performance, portfolio activity, market developments, and investment results.Draft investor-facing communications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.Coordinate review workflows with internal stakeholders to obtain required approvals prior to distribution.Ensure timely delivery of reports and communications to investors, advisors, and relationship management teams.Performance AnalysisAnalyze financial and operational information received from underlying investment managers and third-party service providers.Evaluate portfolio-level and investment-level performance metrics to support reporting and investor inquiries.Summarize key developments, valuation changes, liquidity events, and investment activity for inclusion in client materials.Review and validate performance data used in reporting packages, working closely with administrators and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.Monitor portfolio company and fund-level developments that may impact performance results or valuations.Investment MonitoringMaintain ongoing communication with external investment managers regarding portfolio activity, valuation updates, and reporting deliverables.Participate in periodic investment review meetings and valuation discussions with internal stakeholders.Assist in tracking capital activity, including investor contributions, distributions, and related fund events.Support portfolio monitoring initiatives by organizing and maintaining investment reporting data and documentation.Client & Internal SupportServe as a resource for investor relations, relationship management, and client service teams regarding fund performance and portfolio updates.Respond to information requests related to investment results, portfolio activity, capital transactions, and reporting methodologies.Contribute to investor meetings, performance review discussions, and special projects as needed.Assist in enhancing reporting processes, data management practices, and communication standards across the platform.#J-18808-Ljbffr
