    What You Will Do

    • Draft, revise, and negotiate key fund finance documents, including credit agreements, collateral documents, and guarantees.
    • Take ownership of deal workstreams, managing diligence reviews on fund documents and ensuring effective issue spotting.
    • Collaborate with internal specialists in tax, regulatory, and real estate to deliver integrated, client-ready advice.
    • Manage deal calendars and facilitate internal/external communications to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
    • Lead diligence on fund documents, focusing on borrowing authority, investor exclusions, and collateral packages.
    • Provide practical, business-aligned advice to lender and sponsor clients, translating legal risks into actionable options.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 3–5 years of experience in fund finance, with a strong focus on subscription/capital call facilities.
    • Proven ability to draft and negotiate core credit documents independently.
    • Experience managing deal processes and communicating effectively with sophisticated lender and sponsor clients.
    • Familiarity with NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, or experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.

    Preferred

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment.
    • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory issues in financial services.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The base salary for this role ranges from $260K to $325K, reflecting the level of expertise and contribution expected. The company offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
