Unity has partnered with a very reputable, well-known real estate services company searching for a Fund Controller. This role is predominately open due to growth as the largest client is ratcheting up another fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the audit and tax preparation processes in partnership with external advisors
• Support the preparation of capital call, distribution, and allocation data for investors
• Manage and track portfolio company financings with a high level of detail and accuracy
• Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting activities
• Contribute to quarterly reporting packages for Limited Partners
• Maintain and update investor records within third-party reporting and accounting systems
• Travel locally to portfolio companies or client sites as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
• CPA preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent professional experience
• Prior private equity or venture capital exposure and knowledge of partnership accounting preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication

Compensation: $90K-135K
