This is a high-visibility role within a $10B+ investment platform, offering direct exposure to investment, client, compliance, and operations teams, as well as external partners including fund administrators, auditors, and other service providers.

The role is responsible for fund accounting oversight across multiple products, supporting both existing and new strategies, and ensuring accuracy, control, and timeliness of all fund-level reporting and deliverables. You will also contribute to process improvements, valuation oversight, regulatory reporting, and the ongoing evolution of the firm’s operating model.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fund accounting and operations across a range of private and public investment vehicles
  • Manage and review work performed by third-party administrators
  • Support NAV production, financial reporting, audits, and investor deliverables
  • Assist with valuation coordination and preparation of supporting materials for valuation committees
  • Partner with investment and client relations teams on finance and investor-related requests
  • Support regulatory reporting and compliance coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting, treasury activities, and fund-level cash management
  • Contribute to the onboarding and operational setup of new funds and strategies
  • Identify and implement process improvements across fund operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, public accounting, or asset management operations
  • Strong understanding of partnership accounting and private markets structures
  • Experience working with fund administrators and external service providers
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage and analyze large data sets

This is a strong opportunity for a fund accounting professional looking to step into a dynamic, multi-asset platform with broad exposure across strategies and stakeholders. The approximate base salary range is between $130K-$150K, depending on experience. Qualified candidates, contact Erin at esullivan@daleyaa.com for more information.
