Sales Support Specialist - Must work EST

 Position Summary

This position partners with the Sales organization and is responsible for assisting in business development, customer financials and supporting all Sales Team needs.  Position is based in Hunt Valley, MD.

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Timely follow up and Responses to Requests and Escalations

• Works closely with customer contacts, end-users and FlexTG’s internal resources on billing requests, contracts, and escalations
• Prepares reports and documentation for the Sales Team
• Responsible for Region wide post sales needs
• Some travel required (10%)
• Supports all other team member tasks and other duties as assigned

 Qualifications and Experience

 Excellent customer relation skills

• Background in customer service
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong self-motivator
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Independent and hard working
• Strong time management & organization skills
• Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by FlexTG LLC
• Intermediate computer knowledge* MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with ServiceNow
