Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a production support environment. The role requires on-site presence in Glendale, Wisconsin, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of solutions in the QAD E-Commerce functionality area.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive understanding of QAD E-Commerce Module.
- Hands-on work experience with QAD E-Commerce Module.
- Experience in EDI Translations, Process Maps, and Transformation maps.
- Experience in Design, Build, and Testing E-Commerce functional/technical solutions.
- Good understanding of EDI file formats like ANSI X12/EDIFACT and different messages like schedule releases/ASN/Invoice.
- Knowledge of basic workflow of B2B applications like IBM SI.
- Expertise in development using PROGRESS 4 GL programming language.
- 8-10 years of experience in MFG/PRO Domain (QAD).
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing vertical.
- Familiarity with the specific business processes of the company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work in a production support environment and be available on call for critical issues/system outages.
- Triage issues and provide resolutions to business users.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest permanent fixes.
- Provide consultation and solutions built in the area of QAD E-Commerce functionality.
- Individually participate and contribute to any issues that may affect application functionality.
