Functional Analyst Journeyman

In this role, the Functional Analyst will support the planning, development, execution, analysis, and after-action reporting of the NAOC Annual Training Plan (ATP), applying current joint training doctrine and Instructional System Design (ISD) principles to sustain NAOC Battle Staff certification and readiness. Personnel must comply with the task order DD Form 254, Department of Defense Security Classification Specification, applicable USSTRATCOM security instructions, cybersecurity and physical-security requirements, and all applicable requirements for handling classified and restricted-distribution information.

Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) is seeking a Functional Analyst Journeyman-level professional to support the NAOCs joint training program for USSTRATCOM. In this role, the Functional Analyst will support the planning, development, execution, analysis, and after-action reporting of the NAOC Annual Training Plan (ATP), applying current joint training doctrine and Instructional System Design (ISD) principles to sustain NAOC Battle Staff certification and readiness. This position requires prior NAOC Battle Staff operational experience and demonstrated familiarity with the systems, processes, and organizations that support NAOC and the National Military Command System (NMCS) mission. Security Clearance Requirements This position requires access to classified systems and material supporting national-security programs. All contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance, with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control (NC2), and Special Access Programs (SAP) accesses. Eligibility for required accesses must be held at time of task order award or prior to commencement of work/replacement approval.
