Job Responsibilities

As a key team member, you will:

• Monitor and manage incoming eligibility files
• Review processing results and exceptions
• Troubleshoot file and data issues
• Ensure eligibility updates are processed accurately and timely
• Work within established eligibility processes and systems

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data processing, EDI, eligibility, or a technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow documented technical processes
• Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines

Preferences

• Previous EDI or electronic file-processing experience
• Experience with healthcare eligibility, enrollment, benefits, or insurance data
• Familiarity with eligibility file formats, including ANSI 834
• Experience in a high-volume production environment
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity when researching problems
