You will be visible, involved, and actively engaged with your team throughout your shift.What You'll OwnLead daily remote testing and onboarding operationsProtect exam integrity and ensure compliance with client requirementsMonitor testing volume, workflow, staffing, and assignmentsIdentify and respond to potential security concernsTroubleshoot technical and candidate issues and handle escalationsCoach employees and address performance, attendance, and behavioral concernsConduct one-on-ones and participate in corrective actionsManage schedules, time punches, attendance, and time-off requestsSupport interviewing, training, and onboardingStep into onboarding, proctoring, calls, emails, or SMS when operational demand requires itPartner across departments to resolve issues and maintain service levelsOur supervisors don't lead from the sidelines. You won't be expected to know everything on day one-but you will be expected to learn the operation, ask questions, take ownership, and follow through.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first 90 days, we want you to:Know your team. Develop a strong understanding of our systems, testing requirements, security expectations, and procedures.Be visible.
