Positions Available:
Full-Time Therapist (W-2)
- Expected caseload: 25+ clients per week
- Eligible for full benefits
Part-Time Therapist (W-2)
- Expected caseload: Approximately 15 clients per week
- No benefits associated with this role
What We’re Looking For
- Fully licensed or pre-licensed therapists in Nevada (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, CPC-I, MFT-I)
- Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and providing accessible, personalized care
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
- Commitment to collaboration, authenticity, and ongoing professional growth

Part-time roles are not benefit-eligible.Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine individual therapy needs
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care
- Work with families and caregivers as appropriate for child and family counseling
- Maintain a weekly caseload consistent with full-time or part-time expectations
