Positions Available:
Full-Time Therapist (W-2)
  • Expected caseload: 25+ clients per week
  • Eligible for full benefits
Part-Time Therapist (W-2)
  • Expected caseload: Approximately 15 clients per week
  • No benefits associated with this role
What We’re Looking For
  • Fully licensed or pre-licensed therapists in Nevada (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, CPC-I, MFT-I)
  • Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and providing accessible, personalized care
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
  • Commitment to collaboration, authenticity, and ongoing professional growth

Part-time roles are not benefit-eligible.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine individual therapy needs
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care
  • Work with families and caregivers as appropriate for child and family counseling
  • Maintain a weekly caseload consistent with full-time or part-time expectations
