Fully Certified RBT Registered Behavioral Technician

Implement individualized behavioral plans and strategies to support the child's skill development and behavioral reduction goals - Conduct daily sessions with the child, focusing on skill-building, socialization, and behavioral support - Collect and record data on the child's progress, communicating regularly with the supervising BCBA - Collaborate with the child's family and other support staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills - Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the child . - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) preferred - Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities - Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable transportation to and from the family's home .
