We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in end-to-end application development and deployment. This is a hybrid role in Cary, North Carolina, requiring 10+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, JPA, and Azure DevOps.

• Lead application development using Java, Spring, Microservices, and JPA.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions in a hybrid cloud environment with Azure DevOps.
• Build and manage YAML pipelines for automated deployments.
• Oversee the CI/CD process and ensure seamless integration and release management.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Take ownership of end-to-end application delivery, from design to deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members when needed.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipeline creation, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage application development independently and drive projects to completion.
