OPEN POSITION: Physician - UrologistSCHEDULE: - Full-Time- Schedule NegotiableOFFICE HOURS:- Monday to Friday- 8:00am to 5:00pmCOMPENSATION: - $350,000 to $400,000+ Base Salary, dependent upon experience- Performance Bonus Structure- Profit-Sharing Plan- Partnership Track- Malpractice Insurance- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- Paid Time Off- Professional Expense Allowance- 401k- Details NegotiableLOCATIONS: Gilbert, ArizonaCOMPANY PROFILE: This multi-site private urology practice has been serving patients in the greater Phoenix area since 2008.  Their services include, but are not limited to, female urology, robotic surgery, male infertility, and more.  They currently employ a staff of 10 providers and many support team members.POSITION DESCRIPTION: Physicians work with clinical assistants who room and prep patients, as well as assist during the visits.  If desired, physicians can work with the support of a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.The average number of patients per day varies by need and physician preference.  Visits are scheduled based on the estimated length of time needed to ensure optimal attention for each patient.  All patients are adult/geriatric.  Typical duties of the role include:- conduct patient examinations- assess medical conditions- diagnose disorders related to the genitourinary organs and connected tissues- treat disorders related to the reproductive organs, urinary tract, bladder, and kidneys- monitor disorders related to the genitourinary organs and connected tissues- perform procedures and treatments- prescribe medications as needed- refer patients to other specialists as neededThe practice utilizes the Athena EHR.On-call duties are every 4th week and shared between physicians and APPs.REQUIREMENTS:- Arizona medical license- DEA- Board Certification or Eligibility, UrologyHOW TO APPLY:To apply for this position, please send your CV to Jenn Kunkel at jenn@chsrecruiting.com or call (773) 998-1272.Please visit www.chsrecruiting.com/jobs for a complete list of available positions through CHS Recruiting.
