One Vision Thrift Solutions is hiring Full-Time Thrift Store Team Members for our NEW Waterloo location.

You'll help create a welcoming experience for shoppers and donors while keeping merchandise moving from donation to the sales floor.

And unlike many retail positions, our store is closed every Sunday and on major holidays!

What You'll Do

As a Thrift Store Team Member, you'll help keep the store organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

You'll:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service

• Accept donations from members of the community

• Sort, process, and price donated merchandise

• Stock merchandise and keep products moving from the backroom to the sales floor

• Operate the cash register and accurately handle transactions

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment

• Move, lift, and organize donated merchandise as needed

• Work alongside your team to support daily store operations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy working with customers and being part of a team

• Are comfortable working in a busy retail environment

• Have an eye for organization and keeping merchandise moving

• Are dependable and ready to help where needed

• Can stay active throughout your shift

• Take pride in creating a positive experience for customers and donors

Qualifications

You'll need:

• At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience

• An understanding of retail pricing and basic cash-handling practices

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to frequently kneel, reach, walk, carry, and lift large or bulky items

• Ability to complete required pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position at our new Waterloo Thrift Store.

Store Hours: Monday-Saturday | 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Team Members must have availability during store operating hours and are required to work Saturdays.
