Every route you complete helps reduce waste, support local organizations, and keep our operations running smoothly.If you enjoy being on the road, staying active, and taking pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to have you on our team.What You'll DoEvery day looks a little different, but your responsibilities may include:Safely complete scheduled pickup and delivery routes in a timely mannerLoad, secure, and transport donated merchandise, including furniture and other large itemsBuild positive relationships with thrift partners by providing outstanding customer serviceAssist with route planning to maximize efficiency and productivityComplete vehicle inspections and report maintenance concernsMaintain accurate route logs, fuel records, and transportation documentationWork closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient product flowIdentify opportunities to improve routes and operational processesFollow all transportation, OSHA, and safety regulationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team.Qualified candidates will have:High school diploma or GEDValid Iowa driver's license with a clean driving recordAt least 18 years of ageOne year of route driving or delivery experience preferredWarehouse or logistics experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to learn inventory and logistics softwareAbility to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certificationPhysical RequirementsThis position is active and hands-on.
