Full-Time Stockroom Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a Supervisor responsible for overseeing store operations, coaching associates, and ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency.

• Execute processes like freight unloading, inventory management, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy, product placement, and replenishment efforts.
• Train new hires on operational procedures, inventory, and store tools.
• Lead with integrity, foster teamwork, and model customer service standards.
• Monitor store activity to prevent loss, support merchandising, and adjust resources as needed.
• Use KPIs to drive store performance and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Assist with store opening/closing and provide guidance to associates.
• 
  Requirements: Must be 18+, experienced in supervising teams, with strong communication skills, flexible availability, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. or more. Basic math, computer skills, and reliability are essential.
  
  Starting pay is $18.10 per hour.
