DFTBA is hiring our seasonal staff!
We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent written communication skills who can help our customers during our busiest season! This position is 9-5, M-F though the hours may vary a bit depending on business levels.
What you'll do
- Sort incoming emails based on priority level and type of ticket;
- Respond to customer service tickets via email;
- Work with our CS and Warehouse teams to resolve issues with orders;
- Set up order reshipment and replacements for lost or damaged orders;
- Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and store policies;
- All while keeping our customers happy!
Qualifications
- Have excellent written communication skills!
- Can prioritize and multitask effectively and efficiently!
- Understand that most issues can be fixed by proactive communication!
- Want to work for a company that makes a difference in the world!
