Location: Bloomington, IL
Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
Shift Options: Day or Night Shift Available
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $2,000 per week
Opportunity: Convert to permanent employee after successful contract completion
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Complete head-to-toe assessments and update care plans
Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately
Supervise LPNs and CNAs and provide clinical leadership on shift
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes
Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum one year of nursing experience required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong documentation and time management skills
Earn up to $2,000 per week
