What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and ambulation
• Monitor residents' conditions, report concerns to medical staff, and maintain accurate records
• Supervise nonprofessional staff, coordinate care plans with the medical team, oversee inventory, and communicate with residents' families
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and post-mortem care as needed

What You'll Need

• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or 1–2 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to produce a negative drug test required
