Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This position is ideal for a skilled nursing professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting positive patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Emergency Room (ER) or Medical/Surgical nursing experience is preferred.Registered Nurse Responsibilities:- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
- Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Calculate medication doses, percentages, area, circumference, and volume accurately.
- Monitor vital signs, patient responses, and changes in clinical condition.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Follow infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and facility policies.
- Respond appropriately to urgent and changing patient-care needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and excellent bedside manner.
- Successfully learn and utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and online educational systems.
- Maintain required certifications, competencies, and professional licensure.
Education & Certification Requirements- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Current Registered Professional Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Idaho.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required as applicable to the position and facility requirements.
- One year of Emergency Room (ER) or Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary for medication administration and clinical calculations.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn and use EMR systems and online educational modules.
