Full-Time Recruiter

The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create effective job postings, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients. • Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and digital recruiting tools; comfort using data to guide decisions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for industrial and light professional roles. This position focuses heavily on resume review, candidate screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create effective job postings, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, using ATS and digital platforms, supporting compliance standards, updating recruitment metrics, and participating in community and job fair events. This role also collaborates with the local team to meet office performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume or industrial staffing.

• Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.

• Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and digital recruiting tools; comfort using data to guide decisions.

• Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.

• Staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred; industrial experience a plus.

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree beneficial.
