Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying and selling properties in the Jacksonville FL area.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
  • Prepare and present real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract new clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid Florida Real Estate License
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in residential real estate sales preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Jacksonville, FL real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
