Full-Time Primary Care Physician Role in Adrian, MI

Job Overview

·        Role: Full-time physician (5 days per week).

·        Location: Adrian, Michigan (skilled nursing facilities).

·        Pay: $260,000 to $305,000 estimated yearly range with fee-for-service structure and uncapped productivity bonuses.

·        Paid mal practice and comprehensive benefits program including time off, insurance packages, etc.

·        Support: 3-month onboarding program, dedicated mentor, and night call coverage.

Key Duties

·        Rounding on 15-20 patients a day

·        Conduct patient check-ups and physical exams.

·        Create and update personal care plans.

·        Work with nurses and other health experts.

·        Talk with patients and families about health goals.

·        Keep clean and fast medical notes.

Required Skills

·        Valid Michigan medical license and DEA registration.

·        Background in post-acute, emergency, or clinic care (new graduates are welcome).

·        Good communication and teamwork skills.
