• Requirements: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Schedule: Full-time, 4-10-hour shifts or 5-8-hour shifts

• Start: Early November - Potential for Ongoing coverage
• Location: Nowata, Oklahoma
• Hourly Rate: $90/hr all-inclusive rate
• Shifts: 40 hours/week
• Requirements: BC and an active DEA
• Duration: 6 months or more
