About the Role:We are looking to hire a motivated and hardworking Full Time Plumber's Helper to join our team in Charlottesville, VA! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and build a rewarding career in the plumbing industry alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
- Help with pipe cutting, fitting, and assembly under plumber supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support residential and commercial plumbing projects from start to finish
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Load and unload service vehicles and assist with job site preparation
Requirements:- No prior plumbing experience required — willingness to learn is a must
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time hours, including occasional early starts
