    • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting

    • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life

    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care

    • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

    What We’re Looking For

    Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
    Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana
    Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes
