Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Create a nurturing and safe environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development.
Communicate effectively with parents to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits.
Maintain a clean and organized play area, fostering a positive and inviting space for children.
Adapt to the changing needs of children and families, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
Support children's social skills by encouraging positive interactions and cooperative play with peers.

Qualifications:

Prior experience caring for infants (newborn experience required).
Strong understanding of infant development and care routines.
Infant CPR & First Aid Certification (required).
Background check and clean driving record.
Non-smoker.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment & Expectations

In-home care setting.
May require flexibility in scheduling (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends).
Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the family’s home.
Minimal personal phone use while on duty.
