• Manages inbound customer inquiries, handles service requests, and ensures satisfaction for construction and event clients.
• Communicates with service drivers to manage schedule changes, and handle urgent service requests.
• Generate invoices, assist in keeping track of accounts receivable list and applying payments.
• Adding and deleting stops as necessary in the daily routing program.
