    As an Office Administrative assistant, you play a vital part in the operation of an agency, so it's

    important for you to work well with other staff.

    Hours will be 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday, and some weekends.

    Locations:392 Albany Avenue Kingston NY 12401

    • Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    • As the assistant, you will report directly to the management team to accomplish tasks,
    • increase clients, and help to hire new clinical staff. Your role is essential in maintaining a team
    • player atmosphere.
    • The ideal candidate is a self-starter and can take initiative to ensure tasks are being completed
    • in a timely manner.
    • Attention to detail is appreciated to regularly update clients’ records, maintain knowledge of
    • the agency's policies and procedures, and communicate with the clinical staff about their role.
    • Assist and conduct employee interviews/Orientations
    • Perform client assessment (if needed)
    • Confirm appointments via Zoom and meetings with clients and caregivers
    • Ensure client satisfaction at all times by being knowledgeable about the schedule, home care
    • processes, and giving an idea on how payment can be made.
    • Collaborate with other staff in a friendly and professional manner
    • Ensure client/staff record handling is HIPPA compliant and orderly. 
    • Assist with administrative duties as needed such as filing, faxing, and organizing supplies.
    • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments
    • Handle generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and marketing events
    • throughout the year

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

    Knowledge of office systems and procedures including proper telephone usage and filing; oral

    and written communication skills; skill in performing arithmetical computations; basic

    interpersonal skills; ability to perform a full range of clerical tasks; ability to operate office

    equipment which includes personal computers, computer terminals, and other electronic

    automated equipment; ability to operate office suite software; ability to schedule and prioritize

    workflow; ability to read and interpret complex instructions
