Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a leading medical center in Monterey, California to find an experienced Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This is a key leadership role for a dynamic professional ready to oversee operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive departmental excellence in a state-of-the-art facility.
Job Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care.
Manage and mentor a team of technologists, nurses, and support staff.
Develop and implement protocols to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow for optimal lab performance.
Ensure equipment maintenance and collaborate with biomedical staff as needed.
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Assist in budget preparation, supply management, and cost control.
Serve as a clinical resource and participate in performing specialized procedures when needed.

Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelors degree (Required)
RCIS or ARRT, California CRT, and Fluoroscopy license (Required)
Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status per American Heart Association standards (Required)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab (Required)
Minimum 2 years experience as a Cardiac Cath technologist performing specialized procedures (Required)
Proven ability to manage teams, drive operational improvements, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes
