This is a key leadership role for a dynamic professional ready to oversee operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive departmental excellence in a state-of-the-art facility.
Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care.
• Manage and mentor a team of technologists, nurses, and support staff.
• Develop and implement protocols to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow for optimal lab performance.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and collaborate with biomedical staff as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Assist in budget preparation, supply management, and cost control.
• Serve as a clinical resource and participate in performing specialized procedures when needed.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• RCIS or ARRT, California CRT, and Fluoroscopy license (Required)
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status per American Heart Association standards (Required)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab (Required)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cardiac Cath technologist performing specialized procedures (Required)
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive operational improvements, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes
