Full-Time Live-In Infant Nanny Position

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 paid sick days, 2 paid personal days, 6 paid holidays, private accommodations provided during seasonal relocation to Connecticut and while traveling, all travel expenses covered while traveling with the family. In addition to primary newborn care, the nanny will help with light household tasks when the baby is sleeping or does not require active care.

Compensation: $30–35 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours

Overview
A family in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced, long-term live-out nanny to care for their newborn. This is a full-time position, five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. The family splits the year between their Boca Raton, FL and Farmington, CT residences; the nanny will relocate seasonally with the family and accompany them on trips and vacations. Private accommodations are provided during seasonal relocation and travel. In addition to primary newborn care, the nanny will help with light household tasks when the baby is sleeping or does not require active care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing full-time care for a newborn
• Establish and support healthy feeding, sleep, and daily routines
• Handle all infant-related tasks, including feedings, bottle prep and sterilizing, diapering, bathing, and infant laundry
• Relocate seasonally with the family between Florida and Connecticut and accompany them on trips and vacations
• Assist with light household tasks (tidying, laundry, organization) when not actively caring for the baby
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the child

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny, with strong newborn/infant care experience
• Able to relocate seasonally with the family between Florida and Connecticut
• Willing and able to travel with the family
• Reliable, professional, and able to make a long-term commitment
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
