LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) POSITION SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality care that is consistent within the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. The LPN is responsible for tasks, activities and functions as delegated and may make assignment of duties to others as defined in their state of practice act. The LPN provides monitoring of patients as directed by the HSA, DON, RN, or Medical Director or other practitioner.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) SCHEDULE

• Full-Time, PRN (For PRN must be available for at least 3-4 weeks for on-site training) PRN staff required to work 2 shifts per month.
• Day Shift & Night Shift 8 Hours Shifts: 8a-4pm., 4pm-12am, 12am-a (must be available for at least 3-4 weeks for onsite training)
• Every other Weekend

PRN rates differ from Full-Time & Part-Time Employees

Full-Time
8 Hours Shifts: 8a-4pm., 4pm-12am, 12am-8a
Every other Weekend

Compensation details: 29-37 Hourly Wage
