We are a well-established residential cleaning company that is expanding our services and looking to fill one Full-Time Janitorial Technician position. If you're dependable, experienced, and take pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
- 30-day performance review with the opportunity for a pay increase based on performance
- Full-time position

Schedule
- Full-time
- Evening and weekend availability is required
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial janitorial cleaning services
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues or supply needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Janitorial certifications are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English to understand safety instructions, work orders, cleaning procedures, and communicate with supervisors and customers as needed
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current vehicle registration
- Proof of automobile insurance showing your name on the policy
