Full-Time Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse – Ozark, AL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-acuity, lifesaving care to critically ill or injured patients

  • Continuously monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps

  • Administer medications, perform complex assessments, and document care accurately

  • Support patients’ families with education and emotional guidance

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact license)

  • BLS-Healthcare Provider certification required

  • ACLS and PALS certifications required within the first 6 months of hire

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure environments

  • Previous ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
