Full-Time Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse Ozark, AL

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver high-acuity, lifesaving care to critically ill or injured patients
Continuously monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps
Administer medications, perform complex assessments, and document care accurately
Support patients families with education and emotional guidance
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact license)
BLS-Healthcare Provider certification required
ACLS and PALS certifications required within the first 6 months of hire
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure environments
