We are looking for an outgoing person that has experience specifically in hotels to join our award winning hotel. Holiday Inn/ IHG brand experience is preferred. Schedule flexibility is a necessity. Has to be available to work holidays and weekends.
Working hours: Will vary dependent on hotel occupancy. Shift work - days and hours may vary from week to week. Ability to work weekends required. May have occasional overtime during special events and full occupancy.
Job Duties:
- Respond to incoming calls and inquires with exceptional customer service
- Respond to CVB leads and RFP's
- Handle group room and meeting space inquiries
- Process group rooming lists
- Assist local accounts with reservations and billing
- Conduct site tours as necessary
- Ensure standards are met for guests and meeting rooms
- Other duties as assigned as business and demand dictates.
Qualifications and Skills needed:
- Position requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Clerical and cash handling experience required.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, out-going personality and interpersonal skills.
- Must highly Organized
