Connected Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) for one of our valued healthcare partners in San Jose, California. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate OT seeking a rewarding position in beautiful Monterey County.
Job Description
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and activities of daily living.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and adaptive strategies.
Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
Education and Certification Requirements
Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
California Occupational Therapy License or eligibility.
Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status in accordance with American Heart Association standards.
Strong communication, clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Occupational therapy experience preferred.
