Must have tools and reliable transportation to travel between properties throughout San Diego South area (El Cajon City, Downtown, Chula Vista, Santee, La Mesa, etc.). Job Summary: IMMEDIATE opening for a handyman to do general maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and renovations at apartment complexes and houses.

Job Summary:
IMMEDIATE opening for a handyman to do general maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and renovations at apartment complexes and houses.  Must have tools and reliable transportation to travel between properties throughout San Diego South area (El Cajon City, Downtown, Chula Vista, Santee, La Mesa, etc.). 
Hourly pay rate depends on level of experience. 


Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
• Must be eager to learn on the job 
• Must be punctual and dependable. 
• hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. 
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
• Must have a vehicle and basic tools
