Responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Performs all front office duties including check-in, check-out, reservations, etc.
· Available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
· Answers guest inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services
· Ensures that all required reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
· Ensures guest satisfaction by thanking them for their stay and resolving guest complaints
· Are aware of what to do in the local market
· Maintains regular contact with the Housekeeping Department to ensure proper room status.
· Must maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
· Ensures that all guests are served.
· Notifies supervisor of all guest comments.
· Performs other duties as assigned by management.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience. Previous front desk experience at an IHG branded hotel, with OPERA PMS experience is strongly preferred but not required.
